Diets on point! 6 600 calorie meals totaling 200-300g protein, 50-150g carbs and almost NO fat. I do get a little fat in my diet from flax, trail mix and what not but all my food is natural, whole and as close to organic as I can get.. TONS of raw veggies. The natriuretic peptide system, the primary salt‐excreting system in humans, acts as an endogenous antagonist of the renin‐angiotensin‐aldosterone system.9 The primary circulating natriuretic peptides are atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and B‐type natriuretic peptide (BNP).10 ANP is produced primarily in the atria, while BNP is derived from both the atria and the ventricles.10, 11

Experimental animals were anesthetized with an intramuscular injection of xylazine (Rompun®; Bayer Co., Seoul, Korea) at a dose of 1.9 mg/kg and ketamine (Ketar®; Yuhan Co., Seoul, Korea) at a dose of 46 mg/kg. Hence, the β3-AR appears to be necessary for the chronic effectiveness of AOD9604 on lipolysis in BAT.
Time line of collagenase, saline, HA and AOD9604 injection. Collagenase (0.25 mg) was injected in right knee twice on day 1 and 4, respectively. Normal saline 0.6 ml (group 1), HA 6 mg (group 2), AOD9604 0.25 mg (group 3), and AOD9604 0.25mg with HA 6 mg (group 4) were injected in the right knee at 4 weeks after the first collagenase injection. All rabbits were euthanized by CO inhalation at 4 weeks after injection of 4 different solutions.

In sports, cerebrolysin used to enhance mental function and “defog” the brain, although there is no good evidence that it has any effect in healthy individuals. It’s not currently listed as banned under WADA, either directly or via similarity of mechanism to banned peptides.
Results: AOD 9604 had no effect on serum IGF-1 levels, which confirms the hypothesis that AOD 9604 does not act via IGF-1. Results of oral glucose tolerance test demonstrated that, in contrast with hGH, AOD 9604 has no negative effect on carbohydrate metabolism. There were no anti-AOD 9604 antibodies detected in any of the patients selected for antibody assay. Between 2001 and 2006 six human clinical trials with the hexadecapeptide AOD9604 have been performed, 893 healthy, in all but one study, clinically obese adults participated in these studies and are the basis of this safety evaluation. The details of the individual studies are listed in supplementary data. The first 3 studies were dose-escalating studies investigating the acute effects of various dosages and two application routes (i.v. and oral) in healthy or obese male subjects. These single dose studies were followed by a 7-day multiple dose study (METAOD004) as well as two long-term clinical trials (METAOD005 and METAOD006) where the safety and tolerability of chronic oral treatment with AOD9604 was investigated.

Due to the similarity of AOD9604 to the C-terminus component of hGH some parameters that are associated with hGH activity have been carefully monitored in the long-term studies: 1). Oral glucose tolerance tests (OGTT) were conducted to assess the effect of treatment on glucose handling. 2). Testing for any anti-AOD9604 antibodies in blood samples of participants was conducted to investigate if oral administration of AOD9604 resulted in the generation of neutralizing antibodies. 3). Serum levels of IGF-1 were measured to confirm the hypothesis that unlike hGH, AOD9604 does not act via IGF-1 or raise IGF-1 levels.
The mean time (± SD) taken for recovery of normal ambulation was 25±2 days in Group 1, 15±3 days in Group 2, 16±2 days in Group 3, and 11±4 days in Group 4. The lameness period in Group 4 was significantly shorter than those in Groups 1, 2, and 3 (p<0.05). The lameness period in Group 1 was significantly longer than those in Groups 2 and 3 (p<0.05). However, there were no differences in the mean lameness period between Groups 2 and 3 (Figure 6).

As we mentioned above, the results you are going to realize are different for each user. An athlete might see immediate and greater gains, than a 50-year old male who has never stepped foot in a gym and is 30 pounds overweight. So, make sure you bear this in mind as you are determining whether or not Ipamorelin is right for you. Further, if incorporating other supplements like CJC 1295 or additional growth hormones, the results are also going to be greater than if you are simply using Ipamorelin on its own. Hexarelin is a peptide that is derived from GHRP 6, but has been optimized to enhance its metabolic stability. Like the other GHSs, hexarelin increases hGH production, resulting in increased muscle mass, bone density, skin elasticity, and decreased body fat. Unlike the other GHRPs, however, hexarelin does not lead to a substantial increase in ghrelin and therefore does not cause the same appetite stimulation. This peptide has been further promoted for its cardioprotective and regenerative action as well. Another very positive benefit of CJC1295 is its ability to promote slow wave sleep. Slow wave sleep (SWS) is also known as deep sleep and is the portion of sleep responsible for the highest level of muscle growth and memory retention. SWS is decreased significantly in older adults and also with people who tend to exercise later in the evening.  This peptide has a benefit to side effect ratio that exceeds all others currently being legally sold and would make a great addition to ones training regimen or post cycle therapy.
These findings suggest that the acute effects of AOD9604 are quite different from the chronic effects. Enhancedβ 3-AR expression appears to play a major role in the chronic effectiveness of the compound in terms of fat metabolism and weight loss. The acute effects observed in this study confirm that the β3-AR is not the sole mediator of this action. The increase in β3-AR expression in response to hGH and AOD9604 would permit enhanced lipolytic sensitivity. Identification of the components of the intracellular pathway(s) and effector(s) activated by AOD9604 are currently being investigated. The results presented in this paper suggest that the effectiveness of AOD9604 and hGH may partly rely on their ability to increase levels of β3-AR RNA expression in models of obesity in which the numbers of the lipolytic receptor are low. These unique properties may give AOD9604 an advantage over other lipolytic agonists such as adrenergic agents and hGH, which exhibit undesirable side effects when administered chronically (22).
Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRP): include Ipamorelin, GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, peptides which stimulate the release of a hormone called "Ghrelin" in the stomach, which then in turn causes GH to be released. GHRP's cause a much more significant release of GH than do GHRH, meaning that mg for mg, a peptide like GHRP-6 is three times more potent than Modified GRF 1-29. However, when taken together, they become approximately ten times more potent than either one alone.
