Example 2 - Morning Injection ◦Wake up and inject your HGH Frag 176-191 (250mcg to 500mcg is a good dosage depending on your budget). ◦Wait as long as possible before having your first meal (the longer you wait the more fat you will burn). ◦When you do eat, try to make the meal high protein, low fat and low carbohydrate (example meat and salad/vegetables). ◦If possible, try to do some cardio in the hours after your injection to increase the fat burning effect.
Mean gross morphological and histopathological scores in Group 1 were significantly higher than those in Groups 2, 3, and 4 (p<0.05). Mean gross morphological and histopathological scores in Group 4 were significantly lower than those in Groups 2 and 3 (p<0.05). However, there are no differences between the mean gross morphological and histopathological scores of Groups 2 and 3 (Figures 4 and 5).
There were no changes in laboratory parameters or vital signs in any treatment group. There were no clinically significant abnormalities in vital signs, safety tests, or ECGs during the studies. At no time were statistically significant differences in IGF-1 levels among the treatment groups and placebo detected. The overall mean changes in IGF-1 were 1.76 nmol/L and 1.24 nmol/L after 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences between the treatment groups or placebo (P = 0.50844 after 12 weeks and P = 0.75754 after 24 weeks).

In addition to reducing calories, increasing exercise, and drinking enough water – there are other things in your life you can do which can help make losing weight easier. None of these things will help you lose weight if you don’t first get your caloric intake correct, but they can provide assistance and side benefits that make you feel better in general.

Peptides are defined as a compound of two or more amino acids in which a carboxyl group of one is united with an amino group of another. With the elimination of a water molecule, a peptide bond is formed. To put it more simply, peptides are just small proteins. When the number of amino acids are less than 50, these are peptides. When higher than 50, these are proteins. The peptides are therefore small chains of amino acid which are present in all cells of the body. There are several kinds of peptides: oligopeptides, polymers, proteins, neuropeptides and peptide hormones. These are synthesized naturally by the body. Peptides will therefore be used primarily to make a more abundant amount of hormones in the body. The latter will then produce new hormones such as Testosterone or corticosteroids. It is these two hormones that are considered anabolic or indirect anti-inflammatory.
CJC-1295 increases the production of growth hormone as well as IGF-1 – which has anabolic effects in adults. However, it does not increase the levels of prolactin – high levels of which can create impotence and mental health problems in men. By increasing these two hormones, it enhances protein production in the body, which in turn, boosts muscle mass. It also induces lipolysis – the breakdown of fat tissue, boosts recovery from injuries, increases bone density, and also reduces aging factors like skin wrinkles. It can also stimulate cell growth, due to which it can be used to treat withered tissue or organs.

A large difference between steroid hormones and peptide hormones is that some steroid hormones exhibit oral activity, in that they can be active after they are taken by mouth. However, many peptide hormones are digested in the same way as proteins. They are broken down into amino acids in the digestive system, which means they no longer have the bioactivity of their parent compound. Consequently, they may require administration through injections.
In laboratory tests on fat cells from rodents, pigs, dogs, and humans, the HGH fragment released fat specifically from obese fat cells but not from lean ones, reduced new fat accumulation in all fat cells, enhanced the burning of fat. In rodents (rats and mice), HGH fragment reduced body fat in obese animals but, enhanced fat burning without changing food consumption or inducing growth (as it does not increase IGF levels) or any other unwanted Growth Hormone effect. Recent research has shown AOD9604 to be an extremely potent and effective fat burner. Metabolic is developing AOD-9604 for the potential treatment of obesity. Research studies have shown that AOD9604 actually acts on the reduction of excessive adipose tissues such as those in the abdominal area, increase in muscle mass, and enhances the lipid content of the body.
These findings suggest that the acute effects of AOD9604 are quite different from the chronic effects. Enhancedβ 3-AR expression appears to play a major role in the chronic effectiveness of the compound in terms of fat metabolism and weight loss. The acute effects observed in this study confirm that the β3-AR is not the sole mediator of this action. The increase in β3-AR expression in response to hGH and AOD9604 would permit enhanced lipolytic sensitivity. Identification of the components of the intracellular pathway(s) and effector(s) activated by AOD9604 are currently being investigated. The results presented in this paper suggest that the effectiveness of AOD9604 and hGH may partly rely on their ability to increase levels of β3-AR RNA expression in models of obesity in which the numbers of the lipolytic receptor are low. These unique properties may give AOD9604 an advantage over other lipolytic agonists such as adrenergic agents and hGH, which exhibit undesirable side effects when administered chronically (22).
An Australian-owned obesity drug, developed by Melbourne-based biotechnology company Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Limited, is set to enter final human trials next year after successfully completing a Phase 2b human trial which proved that the drug induces weight loss and is very well tolerated with no evidence of the side effects commonly experienced with existing obesity drugs.

A synthetic analogue (AOD9604) of the lipolytic domain of human growth hormone (hGH) has been studied for its metabolic actions in obese Zucker rats. Daily treatment with an oral dose of AOD9604 of 500 microg/kg body weight for 19 days reduced over 50% (15.8 +/- 0.6 vs. 35.6 +/- 0.8 g) body weight gain of the animals in comparison with the control. The adipose tissues of the AOD9604--treated animals were found to have an increase in lipolytic activity. In contrast to chronic treatment with intact hGH, chronic treatment with AOD9604 showed no adverse effect on insulin sensitivity of the animals, as demonstrated with euglycemic clamp techniques. The results in the present study suggest that the analogue of the hGH lipolytic domain may have the potential to be developed into an orally usable and safe therapeutic agent for obesity.
Melanotan II is an analogue of alpha melanocyte stimulating hormone, the hormone responsible for pigmentation in skin and hair. This peptide has been shown not only to increase skin pigmentation, resulting in a substantially tanner skin tone, but also to stimulate fat loss and increase libido. Its aphrodisiac effects were so substantial that it was the basis for the development of another peptide designed exclusively to address erectile and sexual dysfunction—Bremelanotide PT 141.

By increasing our own growth hormone levels (which normally decrease as we age), there is an increase in protein synthesis which subsequently stimulates muscle growth.  It leads to an increase in muscle mass, an increase in fat metabolism (fat loss), and increase in physical strength.  It is also helpful in skin ageing, and effective in reducing wrinkles.
Comparing everything else is hard due to branding... don't want to start going into branding for obvious reasons. GH is incredible for fatloss but some brands add so much water it is hard to see the results to begin with. But due to the high serum and igf-1 from gh excellent results are to be had. Many factors come into play though which I am sure your well aware of. I think the ghrp's (2 and 6 for example) are excellent for fatloss if you keep up with the 4 daily injections in your research. Otherwise they are nowhere as effective due to the short peak times... so one must be organized and disciplined to get the full benefits.
Growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) 2 is a type of peptide therapeutic that mimics the effects of ghrelin, the “hunger hormone”. Ghrelin is a hormone that helps regulate appetite as well as energy distribution and rate of use, or metabolism. In the 1980’s, ghrelin was discovered to be the body’s natural ligand (or binding molecule) of the GHRP receptor in the anterior pituitary. This was a significant discovery, as it highlighted the role of ghrelin in hGH secretion and growth regulation. Modern biotechnology has used this knowledge to develop peptides that can be administered to mimic ghrelin’s hGH stimulation, but in a more targeted fashion. GHRP 2 is one such peptide, stimulating hGH secretion by 7-15 times, increasing appetite and meal initiation, while also decreasing fat mass and cholesterol. GHRP 2 is ideal for patients who are hypercatabolic, due to critical illness, cancer, AIDS, etc. It should be noted that GHRP 2 can also increase levels of prolactin, aldosterone, and cortisol.

In summary, our study provides evidence of an alteration in the natriuretic peptide “set point” with weight loss. These findings highlight the potential role of a “natriuretic peptide deficiency” in obesity‐related conditions such as hypertension and heart failure. One can further speculate that reversal of the “natriuretic peptide deficiency” could play a role in the improvement of blood pressure and cardiac function after weight loss.
Obese individuals have been found to have lower natriuretic peptide levels in multiple previous studies.12, 13, 14 The finding of lower natriuretic peptides in obese subjects is unexpected because obesity promotes increased plasma volume and hypertension, which are known to lead to left ventricular stress and hypertrophy. These conditions should trigger natriuretic peptide release from the heart. Thus, it has been proposed that obese individuals may have a primary “natriuretic peptide deficiency”8, 13 that could contribute to the development of hypertension.

These “protein chains”, are not just turned to by gym junkies for their muscle synthesising and fat burning properties. With peptides for injury recovery and repair, cognition, anti-aging, sleep, tanning, improving libido, or anxiety, to name a few, this growing market caters for everyone. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of stigma in the public eye due to media and press, shaming their use and clouding potential in debilitating chronic conditions such as obesity, muscle atrophy, osteoarthritis, dementia, Alzheimer’s or even recovery post stroke.
As an athlete, you can also increase your dosage cycle for a period of 12 to 16 weeks at a time, to maximize your gains. Do so gradually if you opt to go this route. Make sure you increase your daily dosage (1 to 2 doses per day, etc.) gradually. Start off with lower dosage levels as well, and see how it interacts with your body. You don’t want to experience withdrawal, nor do you want to experience negative side effects when using Ipamorelin for longer dosage cycles. So, make sure you monitor your progress, see how you feel as you go, and make notes if/when you do experience negative side effects, so you can balance down to the proper dosage levels.
Raising GH levels with any peptide would accelerate fat loss obviously but if looking at strictly fat loss HGH frag 176-191 and AOD9604 (frag 177-191) are the fat loss peps. They are the part of the HGH amino acid sequence that initiates lipolysis. I personally like Hexarelin dosed 3x a day, it is the strongest ghrp and doesn't have any effect on hunger so it works great for fat loss and dieting for me.
AOD9604 is a new synthetic peptide fragment that comprises a modified 15 amino acid region of GH with a tyrosine component to help stabilize the molecule. Similar to GH, AOD9604 aids weight reduction in rodent models of obesity and was originally developed for the treatment of obesity in humans [11]. Additionally, it does not stimulate the production of IGF-1 [10], has positive effects on the differentiation of adipose mesenchymal stem cells into bone, and was found to promote proteoglycan and collagen production in isolated bovine chondrocytes in an in vitro study by Metabolic Pharmaceuticals (patent applied [WO2013082667]). Its positive effects include promoting the repair of bone and cartilage in cases of OA.
It has to be noted that three of the SAEs were skin cancer forms. Since the study was performed in Australia, a country with the highest incidence rate of skin cancer (http://globocan.iarc.fr/), this cumulative incidence is not improbable. Furthermore the study was performed on clinically obese subjects with a BMI ≥ 35 kg/m2 (BMI ≥ 35 kg/m2; Median BMI: 40 kg/m2, range: 35 to 67 kg/m2). It is known that the incidence of several types of cancers is associated with increased BMI [26].
Another benefit of CJC 1295 is its ability to promote slow wave sleep. Slow wave sleep is also known as deep sleep and is the portion of sleep responsible for the highest level of muscle growth and memory retention. SWS decreases significantly in older adults and also with people who tend to exercise later in the evening. Clinical studies have shown that a once-daily administration of CJC 1295 normalizes the GHRH response and can induce significantly deeper sleep.

Five public submissions were received. Many of the submissions referred to the article published in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) when giving their reasons for either supporting or rejecting the proposal. Some submissions also noted that a similar proposal is to be considered by an upcoming meeting of the Medicines Classification Committee (MCC) in New Zealand.

If there was a magic pill that could help improve digestion and gut health, erase wrinkles, ease joint pain and give you healthy, thick hair and nails, I would buy it by the truckload. After all, while boosting my overall health is a priority, having shinier hair and minimal crow’s feet is a major bonus. Although there’s no such magic pill, there is a supplement that promises these results and more—collagen peptides.
Obesity affects as many as one in five adults in developed countries. Metabolic estimates that the potential worldwide market for effective obesity drugs is as much as $20 billion, far more than the current market of $1.5 billion. This is partly due to the potential need for chronically obese people to take obesity drugs such as AOD9604 and also because patients are put off using currently available drugs because of their marginal efficacy or side-effects.

The weight lost by the 1mg group was slightly more than that achieved by the world’s largest selling prescription obesity medication in similar trials over the same period, without its troublesome side effects. The trial results also demonstrated a small but consistent improvement in cholesterol profiles, and a reduction in the number of patients with impaired glucose tolerance.
Smeath says he turns patients away on a weekly basis. "[Particularly] if a patient comes and asks me for a specific peptide and it's not right for them. It's the same as if an anti-biotic was unsuitable for a patient, we don't just prescribe it." He says a lot of people prefer face-to-face contact with the prescribing doctor, but if geography restricts them, phone and Skype sessions also take place.
