If there was a magic pill that could help improve digestion and gut health, erase wrinkles, ease joint pain and give you healthy, thick hair and nails, I would buy it by the truckload. After all, while boosting my overall health is a priority, having shinier hair and minimal crow’s feet is a major bonus. Although there’s no such magic pill, there is a supplement that promises these results and more—collagen peptides.

The prescription form of IGF-1 most often injected is “mecasermin”, which goes by the trade name Increlex. Manufactured using recombinant DNA technology, mecasermin is clinically used to treat IGF-1 deficiency and stunted growth. It is also prescribed to patients who have developed antibody resistance to normal growth hormone therapy. Increlex is actually identical to natural IGF-1, meaning that it has the identical 70 amino acid sequence of IGF-1 that the body produces. In other words, it’s not some kind of growth hormone “precursor”. It’s just straight up IGF-1.
In summary, our study provides evidence of an alteration in the natriuretic peptide “set point” with weight loss. These findings highlight the potential role of a “natriuretic peptide deficiency” in obesity‐related conditions such as hypertension and heart failure. One can further speculate that reversal of the “natriuretic peptide deficiency” could play a role in the improvement of blood pressure and cardiac function after weight loss.
AOD9604 is a peptide (a chain of amino acids) which was developed and patented by a company called Metabolic Pharmaceuticals in Australia in the late 1990s. AOD stands for "Anti Obesity Drug". This peptide has an amino acid sequence that mimics the lipolytic region of human growth hormone (the region of this hormone thought to be responsible for burning fat) and it has been promoted variously as a weight loss supplement, as an aid to muscle and cartilage repair, and a treatment for osteoarthritis by its manufacturers. It is also known as lipotropin and Tyr-hGH fragment, and is generally available these days as a transdermal cream or an injectable.
The matters under subsection 52E (1) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 considered relevant by the delegate included: a) the risks and benefits of the use of a substance; b) the purposes for which a substance is to be used and the extent of use of a substance; c) the toxicity of a substance; d) the dosage, formulation, labelling, packaging and presentation of a substance; e) the potential for abuse of a substance; f) any other matters that the Secretary considers necessary to protect the public health.
3. Since actual HGH shuts down the body's natural pituitary gland, when you stop injecting it, your body's own ability to produce Growth Hormone is hindered and you will suffer a rebound of negative side effects such as fat gain, muscle loss and loss of skin tone/elasticity. This means you may end up doing yourself more harm than good. Since GH releasing peptides only stimulate your body's own natural production, there is no rebound negative effects if you stop usage.
AOD is a peptide 15 amino acids long which mimics a small portion of the growth hormone that has the fat reducing effects (increases fat metabolism). It works by mimicking the way natural growth hormone regulates fat metabolism but without the adverse effects on blood sugar and growth that is seen if unmodified growth hormone is given. It stimulates lipolysis (break down of fat) and inhibits lipogenesis (non fat food being stored in the body as fat).

CJC1295 is a 30 amino acid peptide, which primarily functions as a growth hormone releasing hormone analogue (mimicing the effect of GHRH).  It was initially invented to treat deep fat deposits in people, because it is known that having an increase in our own growth hormone levels will target this.It stimulates production of our own growth hormone from the pituitary gland.
Conclusions: Subcutaneous administration of CJC 1295 resulted in sustained, dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-I levels in healthy adults and was safe and relatively well tolerated, particularly at doses of 30 or 60 ug/ kg. There was evidence of a cumulative effect after multiple doses. These data support the potential utility of CJC 1295 as a therapeutic agent.
I have no direct personal reports on effect of the compound. There have been a few reports put out on the Internet, but I have no better ability to summarize such findings than anyone else and generally don’t go by that, except of course I do give credence when there’s a clear, large body of results. That’s not the case here, and what there is, is certainly not in the direction of this being the next wonder.
AOD9604, a synthetic fragment of hGH consisting of the amino acid residues 177–191 with the addition of a tyrosine residue to the N-terminus was prepared with solid-phase synthesis procedure and purified with reverse-phase HPLC methodology in our laboratories (13). The structure of the peptide analog was verified with mass spectrometry and amino acid analysis. The hGH was a gift of Professor Michael Waters (University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia). BRL37344 (β3-AR agonist) was a gift from Dr. Jon Arch (SmithKline Beecham, Harlow, UK).
The most potent weight loss peptide is HGH Fragment 176-191 which is the part of the Growth Hormone molecule responsible for fat burning. In HGH Frag Studies, it has been proven to reduce body fat, particularly in the abdominal area. The second most potent fat loss peptide is CJC-1295 DAC since it causes the overall GH level to rise in the body (the opposite of what happens naturally as a person gets older, which is why people tend to put on weight as they age). If your only goal is fat loss, it's often best to avoid the use of GHRP products (GHRP-6, GHRP-2 or Ipamorelin) since they can stimulate hunger and/or raise cortisol, both of which can be counterproductive to fat burning.
Ordered my peptides 8 weeks ago. Received them within 7 working days, and have noticed an incredible change in my lifestyle. I am sleeping better, mood has enhanced at work and i am training a lot longer during my workouts. Very happy with my results and will be using the products again for sure! Customer service was fantastic as they were very knowledgeable and the follow up phone calls were much appreciated.
