To amend Schedule 2 entry to exempt paracetamol when compounded with caffeine, in a powder or granule product containing 1000mg or less of paracetamol and in tablets or capsules containing 500mg or less of paracetamol when paracetamol is the only therapeutic active constituent and when supplied in primary packs of not more than 20 tablets/caplets or 10 sachets of powders/granules.
AOD9604 is promoted heavily by various manufacturers as a substance that is able to burn fat and assist in the repair of muscle and cartilage. The fact that this product derives from, and claims to mimic the effects of a powerfully anabolic banned substance provides a psychological incentive to many potential users, as does the attention drawn by the AFL "peptides" scandal of early 2013 and the subsequent report by the Australian Crime Commission (1).
Another benefit of collagen supplementation to your workout routine? Collagen contains high amounts of the amino acid arginine, which changes into nitric oxide to help our blood vessels relax and promote healthy circulation. Additionally, arginine has been found to help promote total strength and recovery in adult males (4). Adding collagen into your daily diet can help keep your bones strong, helping you to stay active and healthy.
These “protein chains”, are not just turned to by gym junkies for their muscle synthesising and fat burning properties. With peptides for injury recovery and repair, cognition, anti-aging, sleep, tanning, improving libido, or anxiety, to name a few, this growing market caters for everyone. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of stigma in the public eye due to media and press, shaming their use and clouding potential in debilitating chronic conditions such as obesity, muscle atrophy, osteoarthritis, dementia, Alzheimer’s or even recovery post stroke.
The acute effect of AOD9604 and BRL37344 (aβ 3-AR agonist) on energy expenditure and substrate oxidation rates in WT and KO mice was also assessed. KO animals had lower energy expenditure, lower fat oxidation, and increased glucose oxidation, compared with the WT controls (data not shown). Injection of WT mice with a single dose of BRL37344 or AOD9604 increased energy expenditure and fat oxidation and decreased glucose oxidation. In the KO animals, BRL37344 failed to elicit any response in these metabolic parameters, clearly demonstrating that its effects are mediated exclusively through the β3-AR. AOD9604 did elicit a response in the KO mice, increasing fat oxidation and energy expenditure, although the response was not as great as in WT mice, suggesting that β3-ARs are not responsible for the acute biological response of AOD9604 on lipid metabolism. This is consistent with our previous findings in which AOD9604 was shown not to bind to the β3-AR (11). The size and duration of the metabolic responses to AOD9604 in the β3-AR KO animals was different from that observed in the control wild-type mice. The response was more rapid, shorter in duration, and greater in peak response. This may be because the KO animals are more acutely sensitive to lipolytic agents, a compensation for the ablation of the major lipolytic receptor.

The consumption of all dairy products have been shown to naturally raise IGF-1 levels , but I personally go straight to the source and both drink camel milk and other forms of raw milk (in moderation) and use goat’s milk colostrum. In scientific studies, colostrum supplements have proven to increase the amount of IGF-1 and IgA in the bloodstream (IgA is an important immunoglobulin that helps to ensure our immunity to pathogens, especially in the mucous membranes).
An Australian-owned obesity drug, developed by Melbourne-based biotechnology company Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Limited, is set to enter final human trials next year after successfully completing a Phase 2b human trial which proved that the drug induces weight loss and is very well tolerated with no evidence of the side effects commonly experienced with existing obesity drugs.
Various experiments have been conducted to test the effectiveness of CJC 1295-DAC in vivo and the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism has reported dose-dependent increases in mean plasma GH concentrations by 2-10 fold for more than 6 days and increased IGF-1 concentrations 1.5-3 fold for 9-11 days after a single injection. Mean half-life was shown to be 5.8-8.1 days, also after multiple doses mean IGF-1 levels remained above baseline for up to 28 days. No serious adverse reactions were reported in any group.
Advanced Obesity Drug 9604 (AOD9604), targets fat metabolism directly by enhancing the breakdown of stored fats and inhibiting the synthesis of new fats. It is a peptide drug derived from the fat-reducing activity of human growth hormone (hGH). hGH has been shown to cause fat reduction, but is not suitable as an anti-obesity drug as it also causes an increase in muscle, organ and bone mass as well as causing diabetes to develop. The effectiveness of hGH declines in older people, correlating with the tendency to put on weight as one gets older. In support of this, the clinical trials so far have shown a greater effect of AOD9604 in the older population.
I'm new to the forum and there is some great information here that I need to do more reading on. I've been taking Ipam and ModGrf 1-29 for at least 2yrs now. The first thing I noticed is that I have good quality sleep. I have difficulty sleeping and staying asleep. I take these peps 20min before I go to bed and get a good deep sleep for at least most of the night. I take them before doing my morning cardio, after my workout (afternoon) and before I go to bed. I've read if you take it before your morning cardio it releases more FFA to burn during your session. After the workout to aid in recovery. Before bed to aid in a deeper sleep. It is important when you take them. Dont eat before morning cardio...no carbs/sugary drinks...3hrs should have passed before taking another shot and do not eat before 15-20min after taking the peps. The reason (I've read) to wait these times is to take them while your insulin levels are low. High Insulin levels will minimize the pulsation of the GH. The phrase I've read is to try to keep "insulin quiet" to maximize the pulse of GH. Ipam can work by itself but if taken with ModGrf 1-29 it will magnify the GH Pulse. ModGrf is useless by itself. I've read that there is a saturation dose, so more is not better. 200mcg for each should do the job. Since synthetic GH shuts down natural production, these peps stimulate the pituitary to pulse more natural GH. To get the maximum effect of syn GH, you would also take the shot at the same time discussed above. Once again, this is what I've read and the protocol that I've followed. The results arent like AAS (nothing is!) but it is a good way to feel better since I cant take TRT. (trying to have kids) I also travel with the peps bc I value the sleep that I get from it.

Finally, patients deficient in growth hormone who get IGF-1 injections have shown increased rates of fat loss and fat oxidation. One theory for this is that, as you’ve just learned, IGF-1 can suppress circulating insulin, which would allow more burning of fatty acids from fat cells. This makes sense, since we do know that fat cells contain IGF-1 receptors, and this means that IGF-1 can interact with fat cells.
AOD aka Advanced Obesity Drug., Fat Loss Peptide AOD 9604 consists of the get along 15 amino acids of the human wealth hormone molecule. The considerable thing close but no cigar AOD 9604 is it has no doom on accomplishment or insulin resistance. With an fine safety sketch of minimal side chattels personal, AOD 9604 has been proven more effective than consequently occuring Growth Hormone at fresh the collapse of fat. Studies have proven its efficiency to reduce biggest slice of the cake full, by way of explanation in the abdominal area.
The nature of the response to both hGH and AOD9604 is not clearly understood. We hypothesized that both molecules may influence the expression of the β3-adrenergic receptors (β3-ARs), the major lipolytic receptor in fat tissue. Both AOD9604 and hGH can increase β3-AR mRNA expression, as well as protein levels and function, in mouse and human cell lines in vitro (11). This response was investigated at the level of RNA and protein expression and function. The results for each mode of analysis were consistent in that both hGH and AOD9604 acted in a dose- and time-dependent manner to modulate the β3-AR response.
The second long-term study (METAOD006) was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-center, parallel group study conducted at 16 Australian hospitals and medical centres. In that study 534 were enrolled but of those 502 clinically obese subjects (BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2 and ≤ 45 kg/m2; Median BMI: 36.3 kg/m2, range: 30 to 45.2 kg/m2; 44% males and 56% females) were randomized to receive a daily dose of 0.25, 0.5 or 1mg AOD9604 or placebo for 24 weeks. Prior to this treatment period all subjects underwent a 4-week single-blind placebo run-in period. After cessation of the treatment a 4-week follow-up phase was performed.

What may be unknown to some people is that hormones can come in three classes. We are all familiar with steroid hormones, which are fat soluble hormones that include testosterone, oestrogen, and their derivatives. A lesser known group of hormones are those made from peptides. The best known peptide hormone is human growth hormone (hGH) and insuline-like growth factor 1 (or IGF1), both of which are anabolic hormones that are responsible for cell growth and proliferation. Finally, some single amino acid derivatives can also be classed as hormones. Amino acids such as phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan can also be biologically modified into hormones.
Resting plasma concentrations of mature BNP and Nt‐proBNP were 14±3 pg/mL and 42±9 pg/mL before gastric bypass surgery and increased to 32±5 pg/mL and 107±20 pg/mL (increased by 50% and 31%), respectively (P=0.0009 and 0.0001) after the surgery. Circulating BNP and Nt‐proBNP concentrations during saline infusion were also higher after surgery compared with before surgery (Figures 2A and 2B; P<0.0001). The saline infusion itself was not associated with an increase in BNP or Nt‐proBNP levels at either visit (P=0.65 and 0.60, respectively).

Other studies have had similar results with regards to the effect of collagen supplementation in helping to promote fullness. One study consisted of 24 healthy adults testing the satiety effects of various protein supplements. The subjects had two breakfast meals with specific types of protein in each: one meal had alpha-lactalbumin, gelatin, or gelatin + tryptophan (TRP) (Breakfast 1) and the other meal contained casein, soy, whey, or whey + glycomacropeptide (GMP) (Breakfast 2). The study found that Breakfast 1, which included gelatin (collagen), was 40% more satiating than Breakfast 2, which did not contain gelatin or collagen. Additionally, the participants who ate Breakfast 1 with gelatin ended up consuming less calories for lunch. Researchers concluded that gelatin increases satiety, which can lead to subsequent reduced energy intake, thereby promoting weight loss (2).
Obviously the longer you diet the more fat loss you can achieve. I always say people shouldn't expect results in a short time (obviously). But being blunt the results I observed with Bane were super fast. I could see the difference in his appearance in 2 days. I saw big changes in a few weeks so I would say it is possible. I imagine if it were used for 4 weeks with a strict diet amazing results could be made. It all depends upon the research subjects response, diet etc. Let me know what you decide to do and how you find it.

Gamma-Oryzanol (γ-Oryzanol): An antioxidant extracted from rice bran oil, wheat bran and some fruits and vegetables, γ-Oryzanol has been used as an alternative medicine in the treatment of high cholesterol, symptoms of menopause and ageing, mild anxiety and stomach upsets. Although it is used in sports to apparently increase testosterone and growth hormone levels, as well as improving strength during resistance exercise training, there is not enough evidence to determine its effect on hormone levels in humans. Even though animal studies suggest that γ-Oryzanol might actually reduce testosterone production, it has been marketed to, and used by, body builders and strength-training athletes in the hope of boosting strength, increasing muscle gain, reducing body fat, speeding recovery and reducing post-exercise soreness. γ-Oryzanol is not banned by WADA.

Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, meaning that it is composed of five amino acids, that mimics the body’s natural GH release.  Ipamorelin is a growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP) and analogue of the hormone Ghrelin. It induces GH release and increases the number of somatarophs(cells responsible for GH release) in a GH pulse by suppressing somatostatin.
Prof. Gary Wittert, Adelaide-based Principal Investigator on the study, said: “As the world’s first drug with a metabolic mechanism of action AOD9604 could occupy a unique position among the options available to doctors for the management of obesity. It is pleasing that the invention and its development from the laboratory bench has been an all–Australian effort.”

Human Growth Hormone (hGH) is not only important for growth processes during childhood, but plays a pivotal role in lipid metabolism throughout life. It is well known that hGH is involved in the regulation of lipolysis and lipogenesis. Therefore, hGH was implicated as a good potential candidate for the treatment of obesity. However undesired side effects, such as induction of glucose intolerance and insulin resistance, diabetes, acromegaly, cancer, edema, and hypertension [10-13] rendered therapeutic doses of hGH unsuitable for long-term treatments in humans.

Follow the same routine as shown above for "intermediate" persons. However, as soon as possible after your weight training you should also inject 200mcg of PEG-MGF (IGF-1e) and/or 50mcg of IGF-1 LR3 preferably into a muscle (although due to the long half-life of both products, sub-q injections are also acceptable). If injecting intramuscularly, you should make sure that the muscle you are injecting into is not covered by a thick layer of fat. Usually due to the length of insulin syringe needles, injections are therefore limited to the biceps for most persons.
For example, studies have shown that people deficient in IGF-1 have an increased chance of dying from a heart attack. This is because IGF-1 prevents the death of heart cells and offers protection to heart cells when the cells are stressed, such as during a heart attack or long amount of time without oxygen. IGF-1 has a similar protective effect on brain cells.

To put this into simple terms, collagen protein promotes fullness and keeps our body feeling satisfied after a meal. If we feel more full for a longer time after eating, we are less likely to overeat at the next meal. This goes hand in hand with fighting off pesky cravings. We know how difficult it can be to fight cravings, such as those for salty, oily or fatty foods. And not to mention sugary foods, which our brain can actually get addicted to. Including collagen into your daily diet can help in the battle against cravings and weight loss by keeping you full and satisfied.
